Aloha Wendy and Happy Holidays!
I’ve NEVER written or received anything from a “blog” so you are the first my friend! I hope you are well and safe.
I had to write you to tell how much I enjoy your photos of your adventure. Keep them coming!
Many thank yous again for making my BIG 6-0 a special one.
Hi Wendy, I really enjoyed reading your blog especially though I feel little sorry for you having bad time with cleaning up with racoon’s mess etc. But I always thought you live in unknown world from a world which I live and not familiar and it makes me very curious to know how it is like to live on a boat. I can see that it is the most peaceful place anyone can have if you know how to give attention(s) that boat needs. My husband wanted taste of having a boat and wanted to take it out to fishing years ago (I have never seen him caught any fish any way), so, he bought a pretty big boat and parked on our drive way to make the beautiful boat the way he likes. It was his dream next to motor home for having to have fun. He spent a lots of time and money to fix exterior to his liking but the boat parked in our driveway years and never was taking into sea, only it was in my way to trim on my trees and plants, so I finally told him to sell it. Well, he didn’t like the idea but I found a buyer and sold it. ha ha….
So, I really respect anyone who is doing all that to take care of it’s need when something happens. It is not easy to maintain in shape. what I know from that you keep your willow tip top shape and sail all over to enjoy your life with her, not mention with your pet animal.
You haven’t had TV for 30 years? Wow, I can’t imagine a life without TV. lol
Does your mom live in Dana Point? And you visit her some time? Well, I moved to Chula Vista last Octover from San Marcos. You came to my house in San Marcos when you piked up Makani. I still remember you how you look and very nice person to talk with as you were so different from any other people.
What ever happened to your job as coast investigator? Or you do not work any more? I remember when you went to school for that by reading your blog.
Well, it’s time for me to say “take care and enjoy your very special life!”. If you are anywhere near by Chula Vista and have time, please stop by my house. (714)404-6080
I am retiring from breeding exotic cats and have last 2 babies from Savannah if you like to have one of boys for Makani’s playmate “free”. 😀
All the best,
